The pre-tryout camp functions as a season preparation period which allows both players and coaches to develop mutual understanding through casual supportive interactions. The camp provides players with a chance to demonstrate their abilities while asking questions about our coaching approach while coaches study each athlete's abilities and individual characteristics and objectives.

The camp serves dual purposes of relationship development and open communication establishment while building immediate team unity. Our goal is to create an atmosphere where every player feels at ease while building confidence and enthusiasm for joining the West Michigan Galaxy family. Our pre-tryout camp serves as the ideal beginning point for all players who want to join our club whether they are new or returning for another successful season.

Pre-Tryout Camp Details & Player Check-In Information

Player check-in for all dates begins 30 minutes before tryout time slot. Tryout shirt will be provided for each player and must be worn at the tryout. 

Girls - Monday, June 2nd

2019-2015: 5:30p - 7:00p

2014-2007: 7:00p - 8:30p

Boys - Tuesday, June 3rd

All players should wear appropriate soccer clothing, shin guards are required, bring a soccer ball and water. T-Shirts will be provided that must be worn at the tryout.
